Team-building day in Kurbads service!
On 22nd of May, Kurbads truck service had an educational and team-building day. The company keeps expanding and has hired some new mechanics to reach the next goals.
“On 15th of May, we already had an educational day, but on 22nd we learned only in the first half of the day as later we had fun! We organize such team-building events on a frequent basis to have a great team spirit for our daily work,” says Ivars Čiblis, manager of the Kurbads truck service.
After a short briefing about service’s traditions and work culture from more experienced colleagues, everybody went to 333 sports complex to have fun race with karting and have a dinner.
