Kurbads 30th Anniversary Christmas Celebration!
Kurbads 30th Anniversary Christmas Celebration for employees and their families took place on December 20 at the Kurbads Ice Hall, bringing together representatives from various company departments. The event offered a warm and unified moment to look back on the past year and to honor colleagues whose work, attitude, and professionalism strengthen the Kurbads family every day.
It was also a chance to pause, appreciate being together beyond everyday work, and celebrate the strong sense of unity that defines the Kurbads team.
The evening continued with shared moments on the ice, warm conversations, and a genuine sense of appreciation for one another - bringing the Kurbads family even closer together.
Before the official part of the evening, guests enjoyed a special on-ice performance by Hockey School Kurbads students and the figure skating and synchronized skating club “Amber”, creating an emotional and festive opening to the celebration.
A special highlight of the evening was the Best Employee Awards - Toms Svētiņš was named Employee of the Year 2025, Edgars Paškevičs received the Best Driver award, and Edgars Burmeisters was recognised as Best Young Driver. Each award was presented with a symbolic Kurbads statuette created by artist Oskars Mikāns, adding a meaningful artistic touch to the moment.
The evening continued with shared moments on the ice, warm conversations, and a genuine sense of appreciation for one another - bringing the Kurbads family even closer together.
