Kurbads ladies in Women's rally

Three charming ladies from transport company “Kurbads” participated in the annual and now hugely popular Women’s day rally that took place this Saturday.

Thousands of women every year compete the Women’s day rally. It’s a regularity competition with various tasks on the road. A great option for ladies to compete in a feminine, creative and elegant manner.

The “Kurbads” establishment was represented by three queens of accounting – Kristīne Ledauniece, Solveiga Rjastas and Katrīne Kazaka. “We used Audi A3 car for the race, small but powerful vehicle,” says Kristīne Ledauniece who was the driver in the team. “We really enjoyed tests in Jēkabpils city as they were challenging and exciting. But we will definitely remember the muddy forest trails that were at least knee deep. We managed to go through them only thanks to my driving skills!”

“The hardest part for me was sticking to the speed limit. I think that we were a fantastic team that managed to succeed thanks to the team work. Our ambitions were not so high in this debut year. But ladies, beware next year!”

At the event’s opening ceremony all ladies were greeted by Reinis Nitišs, Latvian World RX driver. The finish line was in Rīga. Promoters inform that 723 crews participated in the Women’s day rally, 21 more than the year before. “Cesvaines brūzis” won in the Eastern trip but “Rallija zaķi” was the best team in the West.
