On April 4, the Kurbads logistics base hosted Job Shadow Day, welcoming 12 students from schools in Riga and the surrounding areas. This was a valuable opportunity for young people to gain first-hand insight into the car transportation and logistics industry and explore its real-world working environment.
Throughout the day, students were accompanied by professionals from Kurbads, Kurbads Auto Service, and Kurbads Detailing, who shared their knowledge, experience, and day-to-day workflows. The students actively participated in various workstations, gaining practical skills and a deeper understanding of the roles that ensure the delivery of high-quality logistics services. As a responsible employer, we believe that investing in future professionals starts today through openness, knowledge sharing, and creating opportunities for youth.
