Kurbads End of Year Ball 2011!
(fi) At the end of the year, Kurbads celebrated the victories, achievements of 2011 and in a happy, joyful mood looked into the plans of the next year. This was the last ball in the old premises because already in spring Kurbads will be located in a new place.
Manager of the company Andis Pikāns in a festive awards ceremony hailed the best employees of Kurbads in the following nominations:

The Best Mechanic of Kurbads 2011 – Konstantīns Grigorjevs
The Best Debut of Driver 2011 – Sergejs Panovs
The Best Employee of Kurbads 2011 – Ronalds Bodnieks
The Best Driver 2011 – Artūrs Andersons
Drivers Renārs Jakobsons and Pēteris Ozoliņš received certificates of honor and ribbons of honor for 1 000 000 kilometers driven with the car truck without capital repair.
The special prize – “The Best Photography of Kurbads 2011” – was also presented: Patrīcija Pikāne received it in an online voting for photography “Daugavas strūdzinieki” (“Bargees of Daugava”).
The culmination of the ball was degusting of Kurbads’ cocktail – its recipe was created specially for Kurbads.
Guests of the event were surprised by sketches of mimes, show of the best bartenders of Latvia Raitis Akerblūms and Inguss Reizenbergs, colorful sky lanterns, DJ Johansons, and musicians of band Bellaccord.
