TR3 on kahekohaline avatud sportauto, mida tootis aastatel 1955–1962 Briti ettevõte Standard Motor Company, mille peakorter asub Coventrys, Inglismaal. "TR" tähistab "Triumph Roadster" ja illustreerib asutajate ambitsiooni luua kerge ja taskukohane sportauto. See peegeldab ka Standard-Triumphi direktori Sir John Blacki otsustavust siseneda kaasaegsete sportautode turule, asendades vananenud Standard Roadsteri. Väike samm vedrustuse jaoks, hiiglaslik hüpe roadsteri ajaloos

Kiirendus 0 kuni 97 km/h (60 mph) võttis 12 sekundit. Kuigi see võib tunduda aeglane, on oluline meeles pidada, et TR3-l oli minimaalne vedrustuse liikumine ja intensiivse sõidu korral võis tagumine ratas kergesti tõusta, mis viib järsu haardumise kaotamiseni.

Parandatud Triumph TR3A osutus nii edukaks rodsteriks, et ehitati üle 58 000 ühiku, millest umbes üks kuuendik – ligikaudu 9500 autot – on säilinud tänapäevani. Tööstuse pärimus 1957–1962 mudeli kohta väidab, et ootamatult suurte tootmismahtude tõttu kulusid originaalsed kerepaneelide pressimistööriistad ära ja tuli asendada uute tööriistadega. Huvitaval kombel ei toodetud TR3 mitte ainult Coventry SMC tehases, vaid ka Belgias – Lièges ja Mechelenis – ning samuti kokkupandavate komplektide abil Austraalias ja Lõuna-Aafrikas. Mecheleni tehas avati 1961. aastal ja jätkas erinevate Triumph mudelite tootmist Euroopa turule kuni 1975. aastani, kaua pärast seda, kui Ühendkuningriigi 1973. aasta ühinemine Euroopa Majandusühendusega oli rahvahääletusel kinnitatud. Briti autotootmise ajalugu Belgias, sealhulgas endine Land Roveri rajatis, on esindatud ulatuslikus Autoworldi muuseumi ekspositsioonis Brüsselis.

Sõidu ja igapäevase kasutamise seisukohalt on Triumph TR3 tõeliselt hea ilma auto. Nagu kontseptuaalselt sarnane Austin Healey 100, on selle kere disainitud rangelt meeldivate ilmastikutingimuste jaoks. Kabrioleti katus on veidi rohkem kui kinnitatav telk. Uksed on nii madalad, et ülemine serv tuli polsterdada, et toetada juhi küünarnukki. 3. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data

If the User provides their personal data to the Controller by phone, via Website contact forms, by e-mail or postal mail, we store and use this information to fulfil or conclude a relevant service contract, including: customer identification; contract preparation and conclusion; provision of services (fulfilment of contractual obligations); customer service; handling and processing complaints; enhancing customer loyalty; administration of payments and settlements; debt recovery and collection; proof of facts; website maintenance and improvement; business planning and analytics; planning and record-keeping. The User has the right to receive the information specified in legal acts regarding their data processing, to request access to their personal data, as well as to request the Controller to supplement, correct, or delete such data, to restrict processing, or to object to processing, insofar as these rights do not conflict with the purpose of the processing (contract conclusion or fulfilment).
The data subject is not entitled to receive information if its disclosure is prohibited by law in the interests of national security, defense, public safety, criminal law, or to protect the State’s financial interests in tax matters or for financial market supervision and macroeconomic analysis.
